Club 24 Senior Living at HomeŽ provides quality home care services 24 hours a day, seven days a week for seniors in Seattle, on the Eastside, and in other neighborhoods in the greater metropolitan area. Club 24’s Hot Meals Program serves meals in the Greater Seattle area that includes Mountlake Terrace to West Seattle and east to Mercer Island. Hot meals are delivered to your front door between the hours of 3:30 to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Our administrative office is at 4700 Phinney Avenue North, two blocks south of Woodland Park Zoo and in close proximity to Ballard, Fremont, Green Lake, and Wallingford. Our offices are located in the lower level of Columbia Lutheran Home with the front entrance on Dayton Avenue (east side of facility).
