What is Club 24?
In a nutshell, Club 24 is a not for profit, member-focused licensed home care agency located in
Seattle, Washington and specializing in providing care services that help seniors remain independent in their own homes. The
name – Club 24 – emphasizes 24-hour, daily telephone access to services.
Club 24 is expert in senior issues and care planning. We work with each member to help define needs and implement individualized
plans of care and services.
Since 1996, Club 24 has earned the respect of many throughout the community. Our referrals come from satisfied members,
hospitals, clergy, senior centers, other elder care services, social workers, and physicians.
Our primary mission is to help seniors arrange the most appropriate services to support them in their own home. We do
this with individualized plans that allow the member to purchase only the services they need. Our goal is to help seniors
and care-giving families gain peace of mind, knowing that they or a loved one is safe in the comfort and familiarity of their
own environment.

Who are Club 24 clients?
Club 24 clients range from seniors arranging services for themselves to adult children or other family members in the same
community or over a distance arranging care for their loved one. Our clients also include guardians, attorneys and trust officers.

What services does Club 24 offer?
Club 24 offers peace of mind through the provision of a variety of programs and services. Call us

PERSONAL CARE Following a careful assessment of need, the personal care program provides assistance
with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, nurse delegation, care call, and more. Personal
Care Services are provided through Personal Care Visits, Live-in Assistance, or Overnight Stays. Bath Visits are also a vital
service.
DOMESTIC & RELATED SERVICES The housekeeping program provides assistance with a variety of services
around the home including housekeeping, companionship and pet care.
HOT MEAL PROGRAM Club 24 offers hot, home delivered meals to its members. Meals are delivered Monday
through Friday, hot and ready to eat. A dietician plans the rotating menu to ensure that each meal is balanced and nutritious.
NURSE DELEGATION Nurse Delegation allows specially trained Club 24 staff to perform specific
tasks in a member’s home under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
TRANSPORTATION Allow our staff to supply your transportation needs with a trip to the grocery store,
hair appointment or to make sure you arrive at your doctor’s appointment on time.
CARE CALL Take advantage of our daily telephone call program for extra peace of mind. A Club 24 staff
member will call you each day at an appointed time. If you do not respond, help will be on the way.

How does scheduling a service work?
It’s very easy. Once you have become a member (completing an application form and paying the annual fee), you call
the office and schedule your service.

What if I require only one of the services offered by Club 24?
That’s what we’re here for – to serve your specific needs. Club 24 is member focused in its orientation
as we work to tailor services to meet members’ individualized needs. Services can be added or dropped at any time depending
on your changing needs.

How do you select your caregivers?
Club 24 employees are selected on their experience and education. Once we are interested in an employee, a criminal background
check and driving record check is completed. Upon hiring, all employees are trained, bonded, insured and closely supervised.
Club 24 employees receive continued education with monthly in-service training. In addition, to ensure quality care, we perform
in-home assessments of our workers in the performance of their duties.

Can I interview the caregiver before service begins?
Certainly. Club 24 Senior Living at Home encourages new members to interview and meet their caregiver before they begin
service.

Who pays the caregiver?
Caregivers are employees of Club 24 Senior Living at Home. As a licensed State of Washington Home Care agency, the wages,
health insurance and mileage reimbursement are paid through Club 24. You are billed once a month for services rendered. No
money is ever exchanged with the caregiver.

What if I am dissatisfied with the service?
Let the office know immediately that you are dissatisfied. We will talk with you and reschedule your service with a new
caregiver.

How much do your services cost?

What about services that Club 24 doesn’t provide?
Club 24 has a pool of preferred providers we can refer our members to for services that Club 24 does not provide. These
providers include geriatric physicians, guardianships, financial planners, trust officers and skilled nursing facilities.

Will my health insurance cover Club 24 services?
As a licensed home care agency, many long term care policies pay most of the costs for your care at home. Club 24
will work with you and your insurance company to determine coverage.
