Club 24 offers peace of mind through a variety of vital services and programs. Call us at 206-547-2424

NURSE DELEGATION
Nurse Delegation allows specially trained Club 24 staff to perform specific tasks in the member’s home under the
direction of a RN (Registered Nurse). Delegation of nursing care tasks include:
- Medication monitoring through a licensed nurse
- Clean non-sterile dressing changes
- Ostomy care in established and healed condition
- Urinary catheterization using clean technique
- Glucose monitoring
- Blood pressure monitoring
- Gastrostomy feedings

PERSONAL CARE SERVICES
Club 24’s Personal Care Services provides an individualized plan of care following a careful assessment one’s
personal needs. Our specially trained staff provides assistance with the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing,
personal hygiene, skin care, meal preparation, exercise, mental stimulation, and more. Personal Care staff also provide
much needed respite for a primary caregiver.
Personal Care Visit: A trained Personal Care assistant provides assistance with the activities
of daily living, medication reminders, escort and shopping, exercise and skin care.
Live-in: Our Live-in Personal Care assistant is in the member’s home 24 hours a day.
Overnight Stay: A Personal Care assistant will stay in the Club 24 member’s home overnight,
bringing an assurance of safety and well-being, and will prepare either dinner or breakfast.
One-hour Assist: A trained Personal Care Assistant helps the Club 24 member with activities that
can be accomplished in a one-hour time frame and do not require a four-hour shift such as bath visits and night-time or morning
assist.

DOMESTIC & RELATED SERVICES
Domestic & Related Services encompasses a wide variety of home and yard care services to provide you the maximum benefit.
Our expert staff will be at your home when you need them.
Housekeeping: House cleaning, laundry, changing linens, shopping, errands, and completing home projects
like organizing closets, re-shelving kitchen cabinets, or decorating for the holidays.
Companionship: Respite, meal preparation, and recreational activities (out to lunch, good ol’
conversation, movies, shopping, hobbies).
Pet Care: Exercising, grooming, and vet appointments for your favorite furry loved one.

HOT MEAL PROGRAM
Having trouble preparing a good dinner meal for yourself or simply tired of cooking and have other things you want to do
with your time? Treat yourself to hot, delicious, nutritious meals delivered right to your front door Monday through
Friday. Club 24 dinners come complete with one of two entrees, two side dishes, a dinner roll, seasonal salad and dessert.
Our Club 24 driver delivers your hot meal to your door between the hours of 3:30 - 6:00 pm. A licensed dietician plans the
rotating Hot Meals menu to ensure meals are balanced and have good variety.

TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM
Club 24 Transportation is designed to transport the Club 24 senior to and from appointments such as the doctor’s
office, dentist’s office, beauty salon, grocery, etc.

CARE CALL
Take advantage of this daily telephone call program for extra peace of mind. Club 24 staff will call a member Monday through
Friday at an appointed time to make certain everything is fine. If there is no response, help will be on the way. This
gives piece of mind to both family and friends of the member.

NEW SERVICES
Club 24 listens to its membership and tries to set up new services as the need arises. Currently we are looking into
the possibility of providing Rehabilitation Services and Senior Care Consultation services.
