THE COLUMBIA CIRCLE OF CARE __________________________________________________________
"Joining hands as we work together to complete the Circle of Care."
Club 24 Senior Living at Home® is an integral part of the Columbia Circle of Care, a continuum of choices offered through the programs and services of Club 24 Senior Living at Home® and Columbia Lutheran Home.
Club 24 Senior Living at Home® serves nearly 900 members in the Greater Seattle and Eastside communities. Columbia Lutheran Home opened its doors in 1920 and today is a modern 116-bed, not-for-profit, long-term-care nursing facility located on Phinney Ridge near Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle. Together, we deliver over $9 million in services annually with 200 employees extending throughout King County.
Our mission is to provide care for the whole person - body, mind and spirit - with the caring ministry of Jesus Christ as our foundation. This mission is supported through the volunteer support, financial assistance and prayers of 24 local sponsoring congregations. We are a Social Ministry Organization of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and serve those of all religious, ethnic and economic backgrounds.
The Columbia Circle of Care is committed to meeting the needs of an increasing senior population. With an eye to the future, the Columbia Circle of Care is on the forefront of service provision in an environment of ever changing needs.
