PERSONAL CARE SERVICES

Club 24's Personal Care Services provides an individualized plan of care following a careful assessment of a member's personal needs. Our specially trained staff provide assistance with the activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, meal preparation, exercise, mental stimulation, and more. Personal Care staff alsocan provide needed respite for a primary caregiver. We think of it as "assisted living" in your own home!

Personal Care Visit: A trained Personal Care assistant provides assistance with the activities of daily living, medication reminders, escort and shopping, exercise, and skin care. |

Live-in: Our Live-in Personal Care assistant is in the member's home 24 hours a day. |

Overnight Stay: A Personal Care assistant will sleep in the Club 24 member's home overnight, bringing an assurance of safety and well-being, and will prepare either dinner in the evening or breakfast in the morning. |

Bath Visit: A trained Personal Care assistant helps the Club 24 member with their bathing activity. |
